walk to live long… yeah.

i started walking. walking as a form of cardio exercise, well i need it, ikaw ba naman ang magka-BP ng 150/100 ewan ko na lang kung hindi ka mag-isip ng exercise na gagawin mo. aside from that its in our genes to have a hypertension, lalo na sa side ng papa ko. and being 28 years old i guess its time for me to really get serious about being fit.

well exaggerated naman yung 150/100 hehehe pero really its in our genes, tsaka i need a new activity to do, medyo boring na kasi ng routine ko everyday work-bahay, oh diba bongga.

yesterday, i think over-work out, grabe nagshi-shake yung knees ko, as in, feeling ko mapuputol na yung mga paa ko, feeling ko nga magpapa-akay na ako sa nanay ko hahaha…

this is a good bonding session din with my mama, cya ang kasama ko everynight walking on the park near our home.

well i just realized kung gaano kadaming tao ang health concious and how young they started.

well i guess its not that late and im glad kasi supportive ang nanay ko hehehe, cya taga-dala ng towel ko 🙂 tapos kapag pagod na cya mag-walk she’ll wait for me na lang, uupo cya in one of the benches while i continue walking 🙂

its nice din pala doing exercise and i hope tuloy-tuloy na to 🙂
